About Us

Analysis Healthcare's Director is Jenny Jones.

She is a healthcare consultant and senior healthcare manager with considerable experience of working in both the NHS and private sectors within both primary and secondary care. She has a successful record of managing projects to support implementation of Trust, Regional and National Policies. Her particular expertise is working with GPs, Commissioning Groups and Acute Trusts on service analysis to support the development and implementation of business cases.

Her key areas of expertise are:

• a clinical Background with experience of working effectively with clinical and managerial staff;
• strong service and data analysis skills using information to develop new service specifications and business cases;
• proven Programme/Project Management skills working within a PRINCE2 framework, with evidence of leading effective and sustained change working with a range of stakeholders;
• a full range of data analysis and IT/technical skills and knowledge;
• proven service development skills, leading service redesign and implementation including demand management and capacity and demand experience;
• strong interpersonal and communication skills including facilitation, influencing and persuasion.
